Genealogy Coaching Services

Genealogy coaching is very flexible, and is a perfect solution for a genealogist of any skill level. I understand how fun researching your family can be. I also understand that when you realize there is more to family research than accepting hints from an aggregator, you may not know how to proceed.

You can hire a professional genealogist, who may or may not be able to answer your question. Or you can learn the skills to do it yourself. Sort of like giving a man a fish vs. teaching a man to fish. Either way, you get a fish. But, genealogy is fun, and I would love to help you become a great genealogist.

• Beginner – learn the basics to start researching your ancestors the right way.
• Intermediate – may include best practices, like evidence analysis and crafting citations.
• Advanced – correlate indirect evidence and resolve conflicting evidence.

We will meet virtually at a frequency that is comfortable for you. At each meeting, we will review what you’ve been working on, and I can offer suggestions and resources to help you move forward.
